Design
Constructive Dialogue provides full-service architecture, planning and interior design services. Our projects are varied, but there are common themes of community service and community building. We specialise in supporting organisations who are addressing complex needs, and designing optimum environments for social programs.
Designing accommodation for people living with complex needs is a key focus for the practice, and we have a particular specialisation in designing for dementia. We recognise the profound input that design has on both quality of life and operational efficiencies particularly for people living with various impairments.
A well-designed environment can reduce disability and we delight in making that happen. Our experience spans a wide range of projects that include safe accommodation for women escaping domestic violence, support services for individuals facing drug and alcohol addiction, aged care homes, and early learning centres.
Strategic design review, including portfolio reviews, master planning, feasibility studies are all processes we provide in early stages to ensure our clients maximise the potential of their sites.
Constructive Dialogue is committed to listening, understanding, and working with you to produce a project you can be proud of.
