We provided a wide range of property development services ranging from site assessment, feasibility studies, design documentation, project establishment and full project management. Key elements of the work included:

- supporting flexible work space in shared areas
- rooms for retreat for quiet work
- addressing staff safety through creating defensible space
- establishing adjustable training environments
